This sucks on so many levels, not least of all because you're in pain, your ego is a little crushed and your brand new Tempo jersey is ruined!
FEAR NOT! We have your back, and your front for that matter... We vow to send you a replacement jersey if this tragedy should ever occur whilst you're wearing one of our jerseys. All we ask is that you send the damaged jersey back to us and we will send you a brand new one completely FREE OF CHARGE!
The last thing we want is for you to not be able to wear your favourite Tempo jersey, after all it's bad enough that you had a tumble, but to retire your Tempo jersey to the annals of history would be a little too much for us to handle. So, we promise to keep you adorned in some of the finest cycle-wear money can buy.
All we need is proof of purchase, an order number will be fine, and the returned jersey. Sure, if you want to include the gory details of how you ended up in the bushes at the bottom of a 40% incline hill, we're all ears. One thing to note however, is that we will be casting an eager eye over your returned garment. If we deem the damage to be the result of wear & tear then we may offer a lesser compensation, so don't go being cheeky, we have some of the best eyes in crash investigation right here🧐
