      Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

      We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 12-24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - please send us a message and be advised that we always work hard on sending out orders to ensure they get delivered faster.

      We’ll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request and the order is not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refund after the item arrives to your location if it's already been shipped out.

      How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

      Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

      We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

      We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at support@tempo-ride.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.  

      What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

      We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and of course Bitcoin.

      What are your shipping options? - Limited by volume.

      Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone. Right now were about 8-15 days to the USA and slightly shorter for most of Europe, EU and world wide. 

      What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?

      We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. support@tempo-ride.com

       Where do you ship from?

      Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

      Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go. 

      Where can I find product sizing information?

      Product sizing varies between cuts and styles for items. Product size information can be found on each product page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

      **Size is the number one reason we get return requests and the only one we can barely help with.  Please review the sizing chart.  They are accurate and ensure you are looking at the correct chart for the item you are ordering.**

      We're glad to hear your first package has arrived and hope you like it.

      Since you’ve ordered multiple items from different vendors, they are being shipped out to you from different places in separate packages.
